AccuWeather says temperatures in the Northeast could run one to two degrees above average, with the Southern Tier facing an increased risk for strong thunderstorms and flooding during July.And New York State Police are searching for a missing 18-year-old from Nichols in Tioga County. Troopers say Dalton Malstrom was last seen leaving his home near the Susquehanna River Saturday morning and may not have been acting like himself.
